Standard time of arrival at the hotel - 14:00. Check-out time (departure from the hotel) - 12:00 local time in St. Petersburg.
Upon arrival at the hotel before check-out time (early check-in) and check-out after check-out time, check-in in availability and additional payment.
When staying at the hotel no more than one day, payment is charged for one day.

Reservations are considered "GUARANTEED":
Subject to pre-payment for accommodation, we give a guarantee for the client’s arrival not lower than the reserved room category and keep the reservation within 24 hours from the expected arrival date on the reservation
The transfer of funds to the hotel’s account must be made within 2 business days of receipt of the booking confirmation or invoice for payment of accommodation, but no later than 5 business days prior to arrival
Booking is considered "WITHOUT GUARANTEE":
If there is no prepayment on the date of arrival, we give a guarantee for the arrival of the client not lower than the reserved room category, according to the "Booking Confirmation" of our hotel.
If the guest does not call in the hotel after 2-3 hours from the time indicated in the Booking Confirmation of the day of expected arrival (local time) or does not pay for the reserved room, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without warning the Client
